At Pintura Life, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a flexible return and exchange program to ensure your peace of mind.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Return Window: You may request a return within 120 days from the date you receive your order.
- Exchange Window: You may request an exchange within 120 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Returned or exchanged items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
- Return Authorization: Please contact our customer service team before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Note: Once a digital photo frame or electronic product has been powered on, activated, registered, or customized, returns for change of mind may no longer be accepted. Defective items will still be handled according to our defective item policy.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
- Customized or personalized products
- Items returned after the 120-day window
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact our support team at info@pinturalife.com or call 415-860-5709.
- Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos or videos (especially if the item is defective).
- Our team will verify eligibility and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with return shipping instructions.
- Ship the product back using a trackable courier service and keep the receipt for your records.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- For change of mind or personal reasons: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label at our discretion.
- Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
For products valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Pintura Life is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.
Data Security Before Returning Devices
If your product may contain personal data, please restore it to factory settings before returning to protect your privacy.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive an email confirmation.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, the funds may take additional time to appear in your account.
- No restocking fees apply for approved returns or exchanges.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs where applicable) at our discretion.
Replacements & Exchanges
Replacements or exchanges will be processed as soon as the returned item is received and verified. Delivery times depend on your location and shipping conditions.
